• T3N1M0 – At high risk for recurrence
• CrCl 50 ml/min – Consult Nephrology, minimize nephrotoxic
medications, consider split-dose gem/cis regimen, extra hydration
• Remember to discuss both RC and Bladder Sparing if interested!
• Consider for clinical trials! Many ongoing trials at this time
