Greater Focus on Staff Well-Being






       • Aim: maintain a healthy and functional workforce with the goal of

            preventing stress from becoming distress


       • Allowed for advocacy, communication, ongoing needs assessments,

            and collaborative projects to enable connected social distancing,

            embedded team support and psychological first aid


       • Projects included online drop-in exercise and meditation classes, and

            expansion of individual resiliency programs, resources, and tools

       • Evaluation of these efforts is underway
