OTN billing

• Only if you’re using OTN as your video solution

• You may use the usual assessment codes (A355 etc.)

• Must also bill the “tracking code” on the same claim

• Tracking code was B099, is now is B203A = $0

• Set the “SLI” to “OTN”

• You may also use K083 if you use OTN

• In urology, K083 is the simplest solution, but OTN pays now

and K083 pays later (could be July)
