2012 – Henry is 45 years old

2012: Radical Prostatectomy (45 years old):

• Given his young age and a desire for optimal cancer

control and the avoidance of ADT, Henry opted for

adjuvant radiotherapy to iliac chains and prostatic bed

2013: PSA began to rise (46 years old):

HENRY • Restaged with CT and bone scan and still M0

• In 2019, we would do PSMA PET scan with possible

metastases-directed therapy

2013-2017: ADT

• 2013-2015: Henry was on iADT because he was still M0

• Mid-2015: Transitioned to cADT
