• Presents with gross hematuria
77 • CT chest/abdomen/pelvis:
‒ Otherwise healthy, except for well controlled hypertension
year-old male ‒ Bladder mass, no hydronephrosis, no adenopathy
• Cystoscopy reveals 4 cm right lateral mass in bladder
• TURBT shows MIBC, EUA normal
• eGFR 42 ml/min
Management options:
• Radical cystectomy with lymphadenectomy?
• Trimodal therapy?
