Tips to maintain low pressure and temperature

• Only use as much pressure as you need to visualize

• Use room temperature irrigation

• Use a ureteral access sheath that is properly placed to

reduce pressure and increase irrigation

• Limit constant lasering time to give irrigation to cool it

down
