Case 1 – Vesico-ureteral Reflux
• 6 month old female with febrile urinary tract infection (Tmax
104F) requiring 7 day admission to hospital.
• PMHx: Otherwise healthy, term baby, no prior medications
• Imaging:
• Ultrasound: Bilateral grade 2 hydronephrosis with bilateral
hydroureter, no evidence of scarring
• VCUG shows bilateral reflux (grade 2 & 3)
