My Impressions (MAYBE)

• Urine tDNA maybe be helpful in identifying residual

bladder cancer after TURBT

• Adapted real-time radiation therapy may improve

outcomes in invasive bladder cancer treated for bladder

preservation.

• Immunotherapy maybe useful in treating high-risk NMIBC

bladder cancer unresponsive to BCG and not candidates

for radical cystectomy

• Molecular biomarkers may be useful in identifying patients

with muscle invasive bladder cancer who may be

surveilled after chemotherapy without cystectomy nor

radiation therapy
