mCRPC - Evaluation

Initial evaluation should include thorough lab assessments including Hgb, PSA,

Testosterone, ALP, LDH

Extent of metastatic disease should be defined by use of conventional imaging at

least annually or as determined by lack of response to therapy

Germline and somatic tumour testing may inform prognosis and aid in potential

targeted therapies
