0 Fully active, able to carry on all pre-disease performance without restriction
Restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory and able to carry out
1 work of a light or sedentary nature, eg, light housework, office work
Ambulatory and capable of all selfcare but unable to carry out any work activities;

up and about more than 50% of waking hours
Capable of only limited selfcare; confined to bed or chair more than 50% of
3 waking hours
4 Completely disabled; cannot carry on any selfcare; totally confined to bed or chair

Trial Classification Based on Burden of Disease/Risk
CHAARTED High-volume defined as ≥1 criteria: Low-volume defined as no high-volume
• Visceral metastases criteria (all other mCNPC/mCSPC)
• ≥4 bone lesions with ≥1 beyond
the vertebral bodies and pelvis
LATITUDE High-risk defined as ≥2 criteria: Low-risk (LATITUDE) defined as
• Visceral metastases <2 high-risk criteria:
• ≥3 bone lesions • Visceral metastases
• Gleason score ≥8 • ≥3 bone lesions
• Gleason score ≥8
