Common patterns: basaloid (undifferentiated) PeIN, warty
(condylomatous, Bowenoid) PeIN, and mixed patterns,
Other less frequent patterns: pagetoid, clear cell, and spindle cell
histologies
Differentiated PeIN, HPV independent - less well characterized (20%)
