respond to additional intravesical BCG therapy and

should therefore be treated with other agents or radical

cystectomy.

• discuss current optimal management of patients with

BCG-unresponsive NMIBC

• explore novel treatment options on the near-term horizon

for bladder preservation in patients with BCG-

unresponsive NMIBC
