RESULTS: F-DCFPYL PET/CT IN HIGH-RISK PCA

• 18 F-DCFPyL demonstrated high PPV, NPV, and specificity → highly informative

for staging, directly informing initial Tx planning

• When micro-metastatic lymph nodes <5 mm excluded based on pathology:

• Sensitivity increased by ~15-20% and NPV by ~10%

• High specificity and PPV were preserved
