Erdafitinib Dosage and Administration

Recommended Dosage and Schedule

• Recommended starting dose: 8 mg (two 4 mg tablets) orally, once daily, with food

• Phosphate intake should be restricted to 600 – 800 mg daily (all patients)
• If vomiting occurs, next dose should be taken the next day

• Missed dose: take as soon as possible on the same day. Resume regular daily dose schedule the next day
(extra tablets should not be taken to make up for the missed dose)

• Treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs

Start erdafitinib Determine serum • Increase the dose of erdafitinib to 9 mg once daily if:
(8mg) PO 4 level
• Serum PO level is <5.5 mg/dL

• No ocular disorders or ≥Grade 2 adverse reactions
• A dose increase occurred in 41% of patients based on the
