A. Neoadjuvant cisplatin-based combination
• Retired 3 years ago chemotherapy followed by radical
cystectomy
• Quit smoking 6 years ago.
Used to smoke ½ pack a day for 30 years
B. Chemoradiotherapy +/- neoadjuvant therapy
• He originally consulted for hematuria and
reported frequency & urgency of urination
C. Immediate cystectomy +/- adjuvant
• Pathology confirm a cT3, N0, M0 urothelial
carcinoma post-TURBT
D. Immunotherapy
