Case 1: OAB
• 76 yo healthy female presents with symptoms of OAB and urgency
urinary incontinence:
• D x 15; N x 3; volume 75cc-250cc
• +urgency; 3 UUI per day, 3ppd, very minimal SUI
• No hematuria, no pain, 1 UTI per year
She is concerned about the anticholinergic medication she has been
prescribed as she ‘hears’ it causes dementia
