metastasis from patient's
known prostatic carcinoma,
with progressive loss of
expression of prostate-specific
markers.
- Loss of MLH1/PMS2
- positive for p53 and negative
for PTEN
- negative for PD-L1(22C3) and
few lymphocytes are positive
for a combined positive score
of 1.
