PSA persistence/rise 1. Grade Group 5

within 12 mo after RadP 2. Pelvic Node Positive*
3. Grade Group 4 and pT3a or
higher

• CT/MRI and bone

scan negative for * LNs Positive if either

distant metastases (a) Short axis > 10mm, or
(b) Biopsy positive
(allow pelvic LN)
