• Actual relapse rate for the whole study: 3.1%

• Median F/U only 49 months

• CT scan gap from year 2 to year 5.

• We know 30% of post BEP relapses occur after 3yrs

• 41% had at least one Gr III/IV comp. 3.1%

• 7% Gr III/IV febrile neutropenia

• Totally unknown late toxicity and late relapse
