Phase 1 – Urologists’ Perspective

• During the first month of the first regional confinement, every

urology consultation was prospectively judged by all 18
urologists as either:

1. Incomplete case management (ICM) necessitating an in-person visit

2. Complete case management (CCM)

3. Suboptimal case management (SCM), but otherwise adequate
during COVID-19 pandemic
