Optimizing Renal Function

• Review of older creatinine showed that his baseline CrCl was >60 ml/min

• Discussed with Urologist and he organized an

urgent right percutaneous nephrostomy tube

• Creatinine clearance improved to 55 ml/min

post procedure

• Consult

‒ Plan for 4 cycles of NAC

‒ Given CrCl <60 was not a candidate for the neoadjuvant chemo+IO study

• Split dose cisplatin and gemcitabine
