extremely wide base

• TURBT path: BLADDER, BIOPSY:

− INVASIVE HIGH-GRADE UROTHELIAL CARCINOMA
− TUMOR INVADES (AT LEAST) MUSCULARIS PROPRIA

Bladder tumor

• Assessed the patient for NAC

‒ ECOG 1, no hearing loss, no heart failure
