• Aggressive-appearing right posterior and lateral wall bladder tumour with an
extremely wide base
DIAGNOSES
• TURBT path: BLADDER, BIOPSY:
− INVASIVE HIGH-GRADE UROTHELIAL CARCINOMA
− TUMOR INVADES (AT LEAST) MUSCULARIS PROPRIA
SPECIMEN SUBMITTED
Bladder tumor
• Assessed the patient for NAC
‒ ECOG 1, no hearing loss, no heart failure
