‒ Dyslipidemia ‒ Simvastatin

‒ Hypertension ‒ Metoprolol, ramipril

‒ BPH ‒ Tamsulosin

‒ Right inguinal hernia repair

• Family History:

‒ Mother diagnosed with breast cancer at age 65

‒ No bladder cancer in the family
