Cycle 1 of NAC

• Patient called 1 week into cycle 1 with complaint of

swollen left calf

‒Sent to ER for assessment and found to have a DVT

‒Seen by hematology and started on a LMWH (dalteparin)

• Other AEs:

‒Nausea requiring metoclopramide prn; no vomiting

‒Grade 2 fatigue

‒Grade 1 tinnitus
